Privacy Policy

Introduction
Studiora (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a photo-studio platform that lets studio owners, crew members, and clients capture, upload, manage, and view event photographs in real time. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Studiora mobile application and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Studiora, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create or are invited to an account, we collect your name, email address, and your role (Owner, Crew, or Client) to set up and secure your access.
- Photos and event content. Photographs captured or uploaded through the app, along with related details such as event name, timestamps, and the camera or device used, are stored so they can be viewed and downloaded by authorized people.
- Camera and local network access. The app connects to DSLR/cameras over your local Wi-Fi network to transfer photos. We use this access only to move photos from the camera into the app — we do not scan or collect other data on your network.
- Device and usage data. We may collect basic technical information (device type, operating system, app version, and error logs) to keep the service reliable and to fix problems.
How we use your information
- To provide core features — uploading, storing, organizing, and sharing event photos.
- To authenticate users and protect accounts and galleries.
- To deliver photos to the correct clients, crew, and studio owners.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app and website.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, or support requests.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service:
- Photos are shared with the people authorized for that event (the studio owner, assigned crew, and invited clients).
- With trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and storage) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secured cloud servers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Event photos are retained according to your studio's settings and agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).
Your rights and choices
- Access, update, or correct your account information.
- Request a copy of your personal data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated photos by contacting us at the email below.
- Withdraw camera or network permissions at any time through your device settings.
Children's privacy
Studiora is intended for use by professional photo studios and their clients. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.
